How long does delivery take?
I pack and ship your items as soon as possible from my studio in Elverum. If you order larger posters or framing, they will be packed and shipped from my partner in Mysen. Delivery time is usually 2–5 business days from the order date for orders shipped from Elverum, but allow an extra couple of days for posters/framing. My goal is to ship the products no later than the day after you order them.
If you have not received your goods within the agreed time, you must first check that you have provided the correct information. If you have provided the correct information, you must contact me by email within 30 business days of placing your order, so that I can assist you.
I have not received confirmation of my order.
If you have ordered items from us but have not received an order confirmation, it may be due to an incorrect email address. Please contact us at e-mail and ask if you have registered an order from us, then I can correct the email address and send your order confirmation. It could also be that the order has not been registered. Get in touch, then I will create a new order so you avoid duplicate orders.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
You have the right to return items purchased from us within 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
